So anyway, hope you’re all well. I’m a big chuffed that my blog has gotten over 200 views. I know it’s not much cause i’ve had it for ages and people must get this amount of views in one day but its made me smile a bit.

i was in ikea today and bought more storage solutions for my new room (which is, must to everyones non-surprise is become a bit messy) as i need to properly organise a few of my drawers and get boxes of things under my bed and such. i have far too much STUFF and not enough clothes… i did buy some new clothes when i got paid though. it’s the adverts again incase you didnt notice!

i borrowed the Friends boxset off Linda tonight and was meant to be watching ALL series 1 this one night until i got on my laptop an everything else seemed a bit more appealing – make up shopping, ebay looking, DVD buying, facebook stalking, youtube watching…etc.

i have LOADS of pics of the kitchen right now. my house has been upside since operation Moving Linda, and i can’t wait for it to be back to normal.

i’ll need to do another “my week in pictures” but to be honest i am so tired and too hungry to be bothered to do it right now. this ones just a wee blog of playing catch up.

I want to go to Australia in January… i really do. I need a change and new outlook on life….AND SOME SUN. it’d be great.

but for now i need some sleep and some ‘Friends’

i love when…

-im so so so thirsty and i have a drink! and i feel it going down my belly and such! and its so yummy.
– im sleeping in my new big ole double bed! my room is looking fab and i really really like it. my mum and dad are actually the best parents for buying me it all and doing up my room for me
– my mum tells me i can have a “gathering” (yes and not a party) for new years!
– family guy is on… excuse me.

so my wee heart is still playing up and i really cannot be bother with it anymore. REALLY. its the palps and now the pains and now the hard breathing. i’ll try y hardest to ignore it…

my head hurts so much…but not in the migraine-y way. i had my hair up in a donut today and just took it down and OUCHEEE! has anyone ever tried a donut. they are the most convient things and i always thought they looked so difficult to place but they are so simple and yet look really good. they are amazing in work then you just need your hair right out of your face. i got mine from Primark for £1 and apparently boots sell them for £5ish! which i thinks ridic…

isn’t peter griffin just hurrendously hysterical…heh heh heh.

Baby D – my cousins little baby gurrrl Darcy Caroline Murtagh. She shares the same middle name as me so we are buds! and shes just the cutest little thing. Me and my mum looked after her on monday and shes so much fun. shes only 8 months just now but shes so amazing and a little cheeky thing.

so on monday night me and my friends were meant to be going out but because of my little bitchy heart and other circumstances we never so i had them up at mine and told them to get a bit dressed up. so i decided i was gonna be Minnie Mouse and put the ears i got in Hollywood Studios to good use. so i done pretty pink make up and everything and they didnt wear anything. well actually Kim (on the right) and Joanne showed up in hilarious russian hats (as worn there lol) and Kim brought Halloween cupcakes. YUM. we just sat about and caught up and had yummy Old El Paso nachos (best nachos out!).

i went to see my aunts assistant in a show last night – Acorn Antiques – and before we went we went to Jelly Hill in the west end and had nice soup and sandwiches then i had some gorgeous hot choc. look how yummy it is. highlight of my week.

my next blog should be either a ramble or a “fall faves” if i can be bothered choosing them all and taking their pictures and so on.

New hair and ramble.

Hola amigos.
just a small ramble. this gorgeous glittery pink wall is from Sugarcube – www.sugarcubeglasgow.com. on friday i went out for my friend Nicole’s birthday. we got a booth and it included drinks and everything, it was so so so good. and the walls! the walls!!! arent they fabulous!! i was a little bit drunk, just a little… then dying in work yesterday. oh dear!

i also got my hair done on Thursday and i am loving it.
it is not properly clear, this was a picture taken to send to Melo but i like my hair here. i went for more blond and a nice trim. my hair looks healthier and i will definetly start going to the hairdressers when i need to. because i hadn’t been since December – how awful. my hairdresser was mortified and disgusted with me ha! this is also a picture of me, Dan and Lisa in sugarcube on Friday night.

Next up, i got my birthday present from Linda! isn’t it pretty. (ps my 21st was in july…) but it was definetly worth the wait!!!

not much more to say. tomorrow i am going to see Linda’s new flat tomorrow. i feel like i haven’t been excited or anything else just now, but to be frank it has definetly not hit me yet and i fear it will when we go see the flat. it’s also her birthday on tuesday and she has a week of work. so this is a really big week and i couldnt be happier for her!!

How To De-Clutter….

…??

No, this is not a “how-to” as to be honest i have NO idea how to de-clutter. My friends actually HATE my room, and always have something to say about it.

it is awful. i cannot see the top of drawers because of all the make up and DVDs and clutter on it. the dvds are there mainly because i have FAR too many and not enough space in my DVD drawer. I am also a hoarder…look at my mirror. i keep tickets, invitations, labels off clothes, pictures, cards and even a coaster! the tall drawers on the left? full of CRAP. well maybe not ALL crap, but the second drawer and the bottom drawer are full of nothing. completely useless nothingness.

I also have THIS.

 this is a complete waste of space and i always feel (and my mum always points out) that i need it. the books (which i have just got from Linda, who was cleaning out her cupboard for moving) will just be going back to the cupboard in that room when i move next door. the cupcake will be going somewhere else and so will the terramundy. All the magazines will be added to my pile of Elle mags in the corner (which icant get into because theres things on top of them – NO ROOM!). and my laptop usually sits at the top.

Blar, blar, blar!

Anyhoo! So i googled “how to organise a room” and “my room is really small i dont know how to organise” (TIP for right now: GOOGLE EVERYTHING.) this has been my answer to everything these days! i had my donut in my hair the other day and someone in work asked me how i done it. so i didnt have the time to take it all out and show them (because i am always late for work…) so i tried and it’s hard to explain. So in the end i said “google it”. also if i am watching  a movie and dont know who an actor/actress is me and Linda are like “IMDB it!”. the internet has everything…

apart from how to organise or somethings like “hoarders anonymous”. so i need a book…”organising for dummies” – OMG just had the best idea…is there a “…for dummies” website…

Tuesday Off.

On this nice tuesday off, i figured i should probably blog since i haven’t since before GC. and i’ll be blogging about just that.

Gran Canaria was amazing. I wish i had a better tan though *sad face. I am also blogging while wtching jersey shore and texting/making arrangements for a group hang so it’ll probably take me forever and i’ll ramble – much like i’m doing now…

Lopesan Baobab is probably the nicest hotel i’ve ever stayed in. We (Me and Melo) were in awe the moment we stepped in the front doors. The African/Modern decor was just fabulous.

The head board was snakeskin – most likely not real. but gorgeous and the TV was hidden behind those wooden sliding doors. the room was such a perfect size and look a the lamps at each side of the massive bed!! it was all just awesome!!

I would send everyone there! although it might be a bit pricy, melo and i booked it on a whim and we are so happy we done do. thats all we kept saying on holiday… “im so happy we done this”. the weather was gorgeous and the whole experience was amazing. i could never go below a 5* now! haha! no im completely kidding on…

On the way home i had some euros that i wanted to spend. on the way there i spotted the Urban Decay naked eye palette and i have wanted this for ages, and i had the euros so i though “why not?” and it turned out they never even had any! i was serously distraught ha! bit dramatic. but i bought an UD nail polish set, the colours are so gorgeous.

I’m currently wearing “superfreak” (second from the left) on all my fingers but the ring fingers, on which i am wearing the purple one (third from the right) and i cant remember what its called. The colours are all so so so pretty and you only need two coats. Theres nothing i can’t stand more than crappy nail polish that you need about 7 coats before it starts actually showing.
